Crislip, Philip and Associates provides services across the state of Tennessee in handling collection matters for businesses, banks, leasing companies, lenders and individuals. These are typically handled on a contingency basis with all costs and expenses advanced by the client. Hourly rates can be utilized, if the client prefers.
Replevins
We handle the recovery of personal property; from semi-tractors and trailers to farm equipment to automobiles to equipment inventory of all kinds and types to household furniture. If you have a right to possession of an item which someone else has, and they won’t surrender it, then you would need to file a replevin (possessory) lawsuit to recover the property.
